From fairy gardens to dream backyards, this hands-on project is the perfect educational activity for sparking creativity. Calling all young creators! Kids ages 4–16 are invited to build a mini landscape display —then showcase it proudly at The 21st Fresno Fall Home Show for thousands of local attendees!

Who Can Participate:

  • Students ages 4–16

  • Classes with 10+ students

  • Homeschool groups may team up to qualify

What Teachers Receive:

  • $15 home depot gift card for EACH student to buy plants and landscape items

  • $20 home depot gift card for soil for your whole class

  • Age-appropriate lesson plan available for Kinder-6th Grade

  • Project Drop-Off: November 5, 2026 (Fresno Fairgrounds)

  • Winners Announced: Afternoon of November 6 at the Home Show

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons (per age group)

  • Participation certificates for all students
